The above hr WILL NOT change height unless code is inline which is a HUGE pain in the ass

So I commented out this link above in the head and it works:

But I have no idea what it does to the rest of the page/site

OK. Figured it out. I just put !important after height and that overrides the reboot.css that was causing the problem
